First, anesthesia is given, followed by the creation of incisions in specific regions. The breast implants are carefully inserted into the breasts through the incisions and then properly positioned.
Following this, the excess breast skin that causes sagging is precisely removed from the breasts using a scalpel. The areolae may need to be altered in size and/or position on the breasts.
