A Caring and Special Man
Thank you so much for treating me so well, having expert skills in caring about my progress and long journey. I so appreciate the fact that you listened to me and understood my concerns. Then your expert skills in helping me resolve my physical problems have been phenomenal. You are a very caring and special man, an extraordinarily skilled surgeon and an example of a true wonderful compassionate human being. Thank you Dr. R., I could not have done this without your help.
Exactly What I Wanted
Thank you so much for everything you have done for me. Your caring attitude and professionalism really put me at ease. And the outcome of the surgery is nothing less than perfection. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me and give me EXACTLY what I wanted. I am forever grateful!
Caring Words and Actions
You never cease to amaze me with your caring words & actions. You truly are an inspiration to others & I’m blessed to know you-you’ve eased my grief. Thank you and may God bless you.
Thank you for my new look!
I just wanted to thank you and the entire staff for taking such good care of me and making me feel like a family member.
The Extra Miles
I wanted to take a moment to write a letter of appreciation for taking great care of me with my recent procedure. From the moment I walked into your beautiful office or staff treated me with the utmost respect and kindness, which instantly made the atmosphere relaxing. Your enthusiasm and compassion in suits in your manner, and I must tell you how much I enjoyed your fun sense of humor. The banter between you and your nurse made me laugh out loud and completely relaxed my mind before my procedure. You’ve made my 250 mile drive from Oklahoma worthwhile – as you Dr. Raphael, certainly went the extra miles! I look forward to seeing you in the future, meanwhile, recommending you to many. Thank you for truly making my experience positively memorable.
I was so emotional both times that I try to express my feelings, but I’m not sure if my heartfelt appreciation was truly convey. At the risk of seeming effusively sentimental, I wanted to once again extend my gratitude.
You listen to my surface fears and concerns at our first meeting with such patience and a validating warmth, but for the first time in a long while, I began to feel a sense of trust. I felt that I had already been through enough in my life and came to you devoid of spirit – merely trying all that was left in some vain attempt to get my pain.
Although I sensed your skill as a surgeon, it was your gentle manner and compassion that led me to believe. I shared something with you and a few of your staff that even my own family doesn’t know (I felt they had already been through enough with my mom). It was not for shock nor sympathy, rather in the hope that you could understand the impact of what you have done.
You possess a rare, nation of warmth and talent and you deserve many blessings. Thank you for restoring my hope and sense of worth.
I Was Floored
I want to thank you once again for my beautiful nose and your generosity in giving it to me, and I want to tell you about something that happened the other night which has never happened before. I was out on a date with someone I had never met before, and you know what was the very first compliment he gave me? “You have such a pretty nose.” I was floored. You could have knocked me over with a fondue fork. I said “What?” and he said, “I really like your nose. It’s a standout feature.” I couldn’t believe it! Every other feature I have, from my hair to my toes, has been complemented, but never ever my nose before. You really are a wizard. Thank you so much.
All Very Impressive
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the work that you do. You have consistently delivered an amazing level of care, beginning with the consult, through surgery, including a very quickly returned message for a nurse today. You are all very impressive, and I felt very well cared for the entire time. The community is fortunate to have you as a resource. Thank you again.
